The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, sustainable design solutions across various sectors, including Distribution & Logistics, Energy & Waste, Transport, Manufacturing, Food & Drink, and Specialist Commercial Projects.
Candidates currently operating at a senior level with substantial UK experience, who are eager to progress to an Associate position, are encouraged to apply. Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Associate (CIAT/ ARB)
- You will be an accomplished Senior Architect or Senior Architectural Technician/ Technologist who is already working at Associate level or looking to step up to this level.
- Lead and manage architectural projects from conception through to completion, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their aspirations and deliver tailored design solutions.
- Oversee project teams, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the highest standards of design and delivery.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships, aiming for long-term partnerships built on trust.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise with industrial projects or relevant sectors.
- Excellent client management skills, with a track record of director-led project delivery.
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing and mentoring project teams.
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond to unforeseen project developments, ensuring services remain cost-effective and aligned with client requirements.
