  • Lead the Team: Oversee an 18-strong team, including three qualified architects, fostering morale and professional growth.
  • Deliver Excellence: Manage and deliver large, complex projects valued at £50M or more, with a focus on defence and manufacturing environments.
  • Client-Focused Leadership: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring seamless collaboration and satisfaction.
  • Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Bring expertise to a practice that thrives on cross-disciplinary innovation.
  • Drive Commercial Success: Provide commercial insight and acumen to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Championing REVIT- based workflows and methodologies.

About You

  • Experience: Associate-level expertise, with a proven record of leading large, complex projects (2-3 valued at £50M+).
  • Technical Knowledge: Multi-disciplinary and REVIT experience, with a technical (but not overly technical) focus.
  • Leadership Skills: Natural leader who thrives in team management and morale-boosting.
  • Commercial Acumen: Experience navigating the commercial landscape of project delivery.
  • Client-Facing Proficiency: Confident and professional in liaising with stakeholders.
