Job Description:
In this role, you will develop direct relationships with airlines, negotiate agreements, and secure the most competitive fares while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Contribute to establishing direct partnerships with airlines, aimed at optimising costs and expanding service options
- Negotiate contracts and attain exclusive airline agreements to enhance our product portfolio
- Collaborate with vendors and in-house teams to improve product efficiency and availability
- Utilise a range of online systems to monitor product accessibility and oversee booking processes
- Provide outstanding customer service at every stage, creating smooth travel experiences for our clients
Experience Required:
- Must have 5 years of experience in the same or similar role - essential
- Great negotiation skills
- Analytical
- Skilled in Amadeus / GDS
