Are you passionate about supporting young people and helping them overcome challenges? AAA SOLUTIONS is seeking Behaviour Mentors and Learning Mentors to work with secondary school students who need support with their behaviour in various locations across Manchester, Stockport, and Oldham.

As a Behaviour or Learning Mentor, you will provide one-on-one and group support to students who struggle with behaviour issues. You’ll help them develop positive behaviour strategies and emotional resilience, while working closely with teachers and other staff to create a supportive learning environment. Your role will also involve supporting students in achieving their academic and personal goals.

We are looking for individuals with previous experience working with children or young people with challenging behaviour. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference, are essential. A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving will help you thrive in this role.
