The Role:

In this position, you will:

Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decisions.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored insights.
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Maintain data accuracy, ensuring the integrity of all reports and dashboards.
Support and train team members in leveraging Power BI effectively for their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Create compelling data visualizations and reports in Power BI.
Automate data collection and reporting processes.
Provide detailed insights and recommendations based on analysis.
Work closely with various departments to align data reporting with business goals.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience with Power BI and creating advanced dashboards.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for detail.
