Are you a Bid Co-ordinator looking for a new challenge? Or have you worked in an administrative role within a construction business and would like to pursue a career within Bid Management? We are working with a main contractor who are looking to add a Bid Co-ordinator to their team. With current live projects, projects at the ECI stage, and live tenders; they are looking for a Bid Co-ordinator to assist the work-winning team to secure future projects and grow the number of contracts wins for the business.


As the Bid Co-ordinator, you'll be managed by a Bid Manager as part of the Pre-Construction team, supporting tender submission preparation and overall work winning, with a view to career progression along bid writing down the line.

Duties will include:



  • Study tender documentation and information provided.
  • Ensure resources for quality submissions are in place, and timescales are met.
  • Manage bids, ensuring that submissions are of a high standard.
  • Organise all necessary bid-related meetings throughout the tender process.
  • Oversee the tender program, ensuring adherence to company procedures.
  • Liaise with the client, client designer ad stakeholders when required.
  • Liaise with other staff for support (Design, Contracts, Plant, Senior Management)
  • Coordinate and produce high quality, accurate and attractive tender documents, responses and presentations.
  • Ensure that quality/technical envelope submissions are complete and submitted on time.
  • Solicit feedback on tender submissions, continually review the content & quality of submissions to increase the company's success rates.

The Ideal candidate:

Will be able to display previous experience as either a bid coordinator or in an administrative or documentation control role within a construction company.

IT Microsoft Office skills -Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
