Bid Manager - Leading Property Consultancy

I am looking for a dynamic and motivated Bid Manager to join a leading property consultancy in Mancester

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage bids for public and private sector clients.* Support opportunity identification and early positioning for strategic bids.* Conduct market research, stakeholder profiling, and competitor analysis.* Maintain and update bid materials, including case studies, CVs, and client references.* Coordinate the bid process, including kick-off meetings, quality reviews, and approval meetings.* Produce high-quality written content tailored to client needs.* Promote best practices in bid management and work winning.* Build relationships with stakeholders and colleagues across regions* in bid activity.

Requirements:

* Experience in the construction industry and public sector bidding.* Experience of proposal development, ideally within a professional services environment* Strong project management and document preparation skills.* Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and InDesign.* Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
