Russell Taylor Group are looking for a LC-MS specialist to join a Bioanalytical team of a large Biopharmaceutical organisation. For this level of role experience of developing, optimising and validating analytical methods for LCMS applications is a must. As part of the team, you will be responsible for conducting LC-MS analyses, maintaining instruments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities• Conduct LC-MS analysis for analysis and data collection. • Maintain instruments.• Interpret LC-MS data and prepare detailed reports.• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on research and development projects.• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements. • Conduct method development and validation independently (ICH M10, ICH Q2 R2)• Train and mentor junior team members on LC-MS techniques. The Person• Educated to degree level in a scientific discipline. • Industrial experience of LC-MS is essential. • In-depth knowledge of Analytical / Bioanalytical techniques with extensive experience of pharmacokinetic analysis of biopharmaceuticals, small and/or large molecules.• Industrial experience of method development and validation. • Experience of working to GMP, GMP or GCP principles. • Previous experience of training junior members of staff would be advantageous.
