BPA Transition ManagerLocation: North West (hybrid - 2 days a week in the office)Salary: Up to £81,000 (some flexibility dependent on experience) + bonusThis is a great time to join a firm that's growing their BPA proposition, where you'll be involved with all aspects of the implementation and play a key role in the success of the Bulk Purchase Annuity (BPA) business. You'll have exposure to the whole process from implementation through buy-in and transition to buy-out and interact with various stakeholders. There's a broad range of responsibilities and the role is likely to evolve as the business continues to grow its proposition.Some of the things you'll be responsible for:
  • Data and operational due diligence
  • Scheme on-boarding and scheme trustee/administrator management
  • Data management and cleansing
  • The transition to buy-out (e.g. admin and payroll transition) and reporting (e.g. MI creation and analysis, and valuation)
  • Management of senior stakeholders
If you have proven experience within defined benefit (DB) pensions administration, you're confident with calculations and data migration, and have a good understanding of the DB pensions market (or even better, bulk purchase annuities and reinsurance), then please apply now for more information regarding the role/company.
