Bridging Underwriter Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bridging Underwriter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and underwriting bridging loan applications, ensuring a thorough evaluation of risk and adherence to company policies. Your expertise will help drive our lending strategy and enhance our client relationships.

Bridging Underwriter Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and underwrite bridging loan applications, including property valuation and borrower profiles.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence and risk analysis on potential lending opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to streamline the underwriting process.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior underwriters and assist in their development.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and regulatory changes.
  • Prepare detailed underwriting reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers and clients to facilitate smooth transactions.

Bridging Underwriter Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a bridging underwriter
