Lawrence Harvey are working with a large organisation near Manchester that are searching for a Change Lead to join an in-flight Dayforce programme as they enter phase 2. You will be responsible for leading business change initiatives for the implementation of Dayforce Workforce Management across the UK.
This is an Outside IR35 contract for 6 months paying 425 per day and is a hybrid role with occasional travel to their office in Greater Manchester.
Experience:
- Previous experience of supporting and leading HRIS projects from a change perspective
- Demonstrable experience of leading inexperienced business users through a transformative system implementation
- Excellent communication planning and execution skills & experience
- Ability to identify, plan & execute training for business users to support adoption of a new system
- Plan activities to maximise post implementation adoption & advocacy
- Experience on HRIS implementation projects with exposure to software such as Workday, SuccessFactors or Ceridian Dayforce
- Ceridian Dayforce experience is desirable but not mandatory
