Due to increasing demand, we are seeking a steady flow of skilled Class 1 Drivers to support the airports airfreight operations. Whether youre an experienced driver with a Cargo Operative certificate or looking to gain this qualification, we want to hear from you!
The Role:
As a Class 1 Driver, you will be an integral part of the logistics chain, ensuring the smooth transportation of airfreight to and from Manchester Airport. You will work closely with our clients, who rely on your professionalism and punctuality to meet their tight schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Transport airfreight securely and efficiently between various airport locations and beyond.
Adhere to all airport security protocols, including cargo handling and security procedures.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections.
Communicate effectively with the transport office, clients, and other airport personnel.
What Were Looking For:
A valid Class 1 (C+E) driving license.
Driver CPC and Digi Tacho Card.
Valid Cargo Operative (CO) certification is highly desirable; however, we also welcome applications from drivers willing to obtain this certification (training can be provided).
Experience in airfreight or airport logistics is a plus, but not essential.
