Coach BuilderPermanentTrafford Park£31500 to £35000 per annumDay shifts - 40 to 45 hours per weekGreat travel links throughout ManchesterTime Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Coach builder/Commercial body builder to join our vehicle conversion specialist client based in Trafford park. This is a great opportunity to join a market leader in there industry and to continue to expand on your knowledge within vehicle conversion. Our client offers a generous benefits package and looks to progress from within. Duties of this role of Coach Builder will include:

  • Working independently and on own initiative to set time lines and standards.
  • Read engineering and fabrication drawings provided and work from own initiative.
  • Experience in drilling and jigged and un-jigged assembly to drawings
  • Ensure standards of good housekeeping are achieved in all work areas, including workshops, vehicles and at on site locations.
  • Unloading deliveries and storing in correct locations
  • Carry out any other reasonable projects, tasks or duties to support the business as directed by management.
  • Compliance with company H&S, maintenance procedures & quality control to work safely without presenting a direct threat to self or others
  • Ensure good personal time keeping and conduct inline with agreed policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all safety, regulatory, rule and Company changes/alterations to working practises are adhered to.

The Successful candidate must:

  • Have great hand eye co-ordination
  • Be comfortable fabricating
  • Be a team player and happy to support in other departments
  • Be an effective communicator
