About the Role:
As a Commercial Account Handler, you will play a key role in supporting our client’s newly appointed Account Executives in managing their client portfolios. Your expertise in commercial insurance products will be essential as you assist in delivering high-quality service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to Account Executives in managing client portfolios.
- Assist in the placement and administration of commercial insurance products.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy in policy documentation, renewals, and any amendments.
- Address client queries and handle claims efficiently.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proven experience as an Account Handler within the commercial insurance broking industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
