What You’ll Be Doing:Join our team as a Community Psychiatric Nurse and play a key role in improving the lives of individuals experiencing mental health challenges. In this role, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with mental health conditions.
  • Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to support recovery and manage symptoms effectively.
  • Offer crisis intervention and risk management strategies to ensure patient safety.
  • Liaise with other healthcare professionals, social workers, and support services to deliver holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with NHS standards and guidelines.
  • Offer support and guidance to families and caregivers to promote overall well-being.

Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current and valid NMC registration and pin.
  • Previous experience working as a CPN or in community mental health settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Working Hours & Contract Duration:This role requires availability from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The contract is for an initial 3-month period with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
