The position is for a Senior Costs Draftsman responsible for drafting Bills of Costs and considering Points of Dispute.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in costs drafting and assessments.
The role involves collating applications and supporting papers for both Provisional and Detailed Assessments.
The Senior Costs Draftsman will also liaise with Counsel and ensure that all necessary papers are filed with the Court before hearings.
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Deal with Assessed Bill following Provisional and/or Detailed Assessment and ensure Bill filed with Court, within relevant time scales
