Rate of Pay: 90 to 120 - dependant on expereince

We are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join a vibrant school in Cheetham Hill / Crumpsall, Manchester. Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage classroom behaviour in the absence of the regular teacher.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain on task.
Provide support and guidance to students to help maintain a positive learning environment.
Report back on student progress and any issues arising during the cover period.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with young people is advantageous.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments.
Enhanced DBS check or willingness to apply for one.
