Position Overview:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuity of learning for students in the absence of their regular teacher. You will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behavior, and supporting students in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging lessons based on pre-prepared materials.
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Manage classroom behavior effectively and implement de-escalation strategies as needed.
Support the learning and development of all students, including those with special educational needs.
Provide feedback to students and contribute to their ongoing development.
Collaborate with teaching staff and school administration to ensure smooth transitions.

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 months experience working in schools.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different learning environments.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
A passion for education and a commitment to student success.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 110.00-135.00 per day
