Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining the company's credit control processes.
  • Monitoring customer accounts and chasing overdue payments via phone, email, and letters.
  • Building strong relationships with clients to resolve outstanding issues promptly.
  • Reconciling accounts and identifying discrepancies.
  • Liaising with internal departments to resolve account queries.
  • Producing reports on overdue accounts and credit performance.
  • Assisting with credit assessments and implementing credit policies.

Profile

The successful candidate requires:

  • Previous experience in a Credit Controller role or a similar finance position.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Knowledge of the automotive finance industry is desirable but not essential.
