Description
Key responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining the company's credit control processes.
- Monitoring customer accounts and chasing overdue payments via phone, email, and letters.
- Building strong relationships with clients to resolve outstanding issues promptly.
- Reconciling accounts and identifying discrepancies.
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve account queries.
- Producing reports on overdue accounts and credit performance.
- Assisting with credit assessments and implementing credit policies.
Profile
The successful candidate requires:
- Previous experience in a Credit Controller role or a similar finance position.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Knowledge of the automotive finance industry is desirable but not essential.
