This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled litigator to manage their own caseload of credit hire claims, while working with autonomy to negotiate liability, settlements, and utilising all relevant tools and caselaw to achieve the best results for clients as efficiently as possible.Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied caseload of multi-track RTA and Credit Hire claims
  • Negotiating settlements and liabilities, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients
  • Working independently to handle the full litigation process
  • Applying strong technical knowledge of Credit Hire claims and relevant caselaw
  • Maintaining excellent client care and communication throughout the process
  • Ensuring efficient case management, from inception to settlement

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years of Credit Hire recovery experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of Credit Hire law and multi-track RTA claims
  • Exceptional client care skills, with a focus on problem-solving and resolution
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling claims
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good administration and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a varied caseload independently
