Recruiting for remote workers, hybrid and office (offices in Lancashire), this role offers a competitive basic set at 23,794k pa, plus commission uncapped (earnings average 30k - 50k). JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Cruise Reservations Consultant you will be dealing with incoming calls from customers who are interested in booking cruises or enquiring about your fantastic cruise offers.
- Taking enquires from potential passengers over the phone and via e-mail for a variety of cruise itineraries.
- Booking with a number of different major cruise companies
- Switch selling to different dates or cabins
- Converting sales enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Making reservations amendments
- Reaching and exceeding sales targets to earn commission
- Ability to identify and act on up selling opportunities
Hours:
To capitalise on sales this role does require flexibility to cover shifts and weekends. They operate a fair rota, working 5 days out of 7, and are currently open between (Apply online only) M-F, with shorter hours at the weekend.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful candidate for this Home Working Travel role will have a travel sales background and some experience (and interest) in selling cruise! You will be sales motivated as there is great opportunity to earn commission. If you have worked on cruise ships and would like to utilise this knowledge by selling cruises we would be interested to here from you too! For home working, you will need to have a suitable place to work, be computer literate (all equipment provided and training is remote).
THE PACKAGE:
