Job Title: Data and Exams Manager

Equitas are seeking a highly organised and proactive Data and Exams Manager to lead the management of data services and examination processes. This role will involve ensuring an ongoing focus on student achievement, monitoring progress, and managing the smooth running of both internal and external exams in line with awarding body regulations. You will also be responsible for analysing and reporting data related to student performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership in the development and management of data and information systems.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient administration of all examination processes.
  • Monitor, report, and analyse student achievement data and progress.
  • Maintain high standards in organisation, ensuring exams are conducted smoothly and in compliance with regulations.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational, IT, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong numeracy and logical problem-solving abilities, with advanced skills in Excel.
  • Able to prioritise tasks, remain calm under pressure, and show initiative.
  • A collaborative team player, able to work professionally with students, staff, and parents.
  • Experience with data management systems (experience using Arbor is ideal).
