Douglas Scott are currently working with a top tier, defendant law firm who are seeking a Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading healthcare team within a firm that promises good quality work and excellent career prospects. As a Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will manage a mixed caseload of high value Clinical Negligence claims to include birth injuries, spinal injuries, brain injuries etc. There will also be opportunities to work alongside a partner on more complex, multi-million-pound cases. The ideal candidate should have between 1-4 years' PQE and must have strong experience of managing a caseload of multi-track Clinical Negligence matters. Defendant experience is preferred but candidates with a claimant background are also being considered. In addition to a competitive salary, the firm offers a range of employee benefits to include:
