Your new roleThese Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Lawyer positions will see you handle your own caseload and/or assist with healthcare matters on behalf of a number of large insurer clients. The value and complexity of work will be dependent on your level of previous experience. You will be primarily acting for NHS Resolution and will be expected to provide expert legal advice on clinical negligence claims, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating case documents.What you'll need to succeedYou must be a qualified solicitor / CILEX with previous experience handling or assisting on clinical negligence matters. These roles are open from NQ upwards. Defendant clinical negligence experience is preferable, but those from a claimant background may also be considered.
