Job Title: Delivery Manager - GDS Projects
Duration: 3-6 months (2 year programme)
Rate: 650/day inside IR35
Location: Remote (Very occasional travel)
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams on a government-themed digital transformation project. As a Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects while adhering to government digital standards (GDS).

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including senior government officials, to understand project requirements, set expectations, and manage relationships effectively.
Work closely with project teams to develop and maintain project plans, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively address any issues or obstacles that may impact delivery.
Ensure compliance with government digital standards (GDS) and best practices, including user-centric design, agile methodologies, and accessibility requirements.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the project teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, leading multi-disciplinary teams on government-themed digital transformation projects.
Familiarity with government digital standards (GDS) and experience working within a GDS-compliant environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders of all levels.
Ability to work closely with Technical Teams and leading Technical Resource.
Ability to hit the ground running and work at pace
