About the Role:
Morson Talent is partnering with a leading Engineeering organization to recruit Desktop Administrators for a 2-month temporary contract. In this role, you will be responsible for migrating and moving IT hardware equipment to various customer sites.

Although primarily based in Manchester and Warrington, there will be occasional travel to other locations, including Stockton, Bristol, and London. You’ll be expected to have your own car, but all travel expenses outside of Manchester will be covered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Migrating, moving, and setting up IT hardware at customer locations
  • Traveling between various sites, primarily around Manchester and Warrington
  • Assisting with additional locations as needed (Stockton, Bristol, London)
  • Ensuring excellent customer service while completing tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Opportunity to participate in individual project work and contribute to innovation initiatives

Requirements:

  • Own vehicle for travel (expenses covered for travel outside Manchester)
  • Flexibility to work occasional late shifts and potentially undertake emergency duties
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Willingness to travel and provide support across the company’s UK offices

Additional Information:
You may be subject to BPSS or Risk Assessment checks prior to starting. This critical role may require working outside of normal office hours, including emergency duties.
