The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Development and Sales Coordinator to join our team and be a key player in supporting innovative projects and new developments. Main Roles and Responsibilities Include;

* Provide administrative assistance to the Development and Sales Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.* Manage invoice processing and contractor payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.* Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure all documentation is audit-compliant.* Assist in monitoring the development programme and sales tracker, collaborating with team members to circulate updates.* Update and maintain the intranet and website to reflect accurate, up-to-date project and sales information.* Handle incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and queries to the team inbox.* Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and manage documentation for legal and contract processes.* Engage with customers, handling enquiries and directing them to appropriate contacts.* Assit the Gecko Sales team with data entry, customer records management, and document preparation.* Assist in planning and coordinating events for new developments, including attendee management and venue booking.

Candidates

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Development and Sales team for a Development and Sales Coordinator and for the right person we offer a 35-hour week, competitive salary, excellent contributory pension scheme, and 25 days holiday increasing to 30 days. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate they have the following skills:

Essential Skills* Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.* Proven organizational and time management skills.* Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and strong IT capabilities.* Strong communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.* Excellent attention to detail, numeracy, and literacy skills.* Ability to occasionally attend project sites.

Desirable Skills:* Familiarity with housing systems like Open Housing and E-bis.* Comprehension of the development/construction process or conveyancing and sales progression.* Experience working in a central team providing assistance to remote and in-office staff.* Access to a car and a full driving license.
