Are you a DevOps Engineer passionate about cloud technologies and modern infrastructure? We're on the hunt for Mid-Senior and Team Lead DevOps Engineers to join our dynamic and collaborative team. You'll play a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-based systems using AWS and Amazon Kubernetes (EKS). Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll drive automation, enhance CI/CD pipelines, and optimize our cloud infrastructure.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS.
  • Design and maintain Kubernetes clusters using Amazon EKS.
  • Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring reliability and scalability.
  • Automate processes to minimize manual tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration between software and infrastructure.
  • Stay updated on emerging DevOps trends and tools to continually improve our processes.


About You:

  • Senior Role:
    • 4+ years of DevOps experience with strong expertise in AWS and Kubernetes.
    • Leadership experience or mentoring junior team members is a plus.
  • Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions).
  • Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.
  • A problem-solver with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Team Lead:

  • 6-8 years experience managing or leading a team
  • Strong experience managing and setting up CI/CD pipelines - proficiency with YAML pipelines for automation, debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving pipeline issues.
      • Cloud Infrastructure Management (AWS, Kubernetes): Experience with AWS-hosted deployments, Kubernetes (EKS), CloudFormation, and managing infrastructure lifecycle.
      • Automation (C#/.NET, JavaScript, TypeScript): Development experience using these technologies to build operational tools and platforms.
      • ElasticSearch and Monitoring Tools: Knowledge of using ElasticSearch for log parsing, monitoring, and dashboard creation.
      • CI/CD Concepts & Metrics: Understanding of CI/CD best practices, DORA metrics, and operational process improvements.
