About the Role

As a Direct Connectivity Executive with Travel Counsellors, you will showcase your exceptional communication skills by communicating notifications to internal teams and customers, taking errata (hotel notifications) from connected hotels via various channels, reviewing content and updating our booking management software, and assessing the impact the changes could have to future bookings.

Principal Accountabilities
  • Receive and review alert content (errata notification) provided by third-party hotels, working closely with third-party hotels to clarify content details and requirements.
  • Translate and adapt the content to fit our brand's tone of voice.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date before uploading onto Phenix.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment on content and impact on confirmed reservations.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure content displays correctly and is accessible to users.
  • Provide support to the contract loading team as required.
