Assignment Details

  • Manage the firm's service delivery, ensuring that Managers meet expectations, adhere to deadlines, and operate within budget constraints.
  • Guarantee that clients benefit from a well-rounded and thorough service experience.
  • Conduct performance reviews and facilitate training and professional development for team members.
  • Act as the firm’s representative at networking and industry events, while spotting potential business growth opportunities.
  • Seek opportunities to promote and expand the firm's services to both new and existing clients.
  • Demonstrate innovative thinking and creative business strategies to drive the firm’s continued success.
  • Evaluate and update existing systems to enhance efficiency within the practice.

Skills Required

  • ACA/ ACCA qualified accountant
