Our client are looking to recruit a document controller to join the team.
Compiling and submitting Customer MRBs-Manufacturing Record Books, ensuring that all documents are included, and they have been reviewed for completeness and acceptability. Responding to MRB comments in goodtime.
Producing 'Travellers’-shop floor documentation packs. Uploading information into customer portals.
Managing documents received in the company’s document control email address e.g. forwarding revised drawings to the relevant project manager.
Organising transportation ,producing delivery notes. Drafting ITP -Inspection Test Plans.
Submitting NOI-Notice of Inspections to customers, as required.
Produce stencilling and masking. Ordering Stationary.
Ordering PPEe.g. safety shoes.
