They are looking for an enthusiastic, dual-trained Asbestos Surveyor Analyst in the Northwest region to join their rapidly growing team.

Requirements of an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst:

  • P402, P403, and P404 are essential.
  • Full UK driving licence essential
  • IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, drawing tools (e.g., Floor Plan Creator), and data capture tools, are essential.
  • Valid IPAF license desirable
  • Valid confined space entry and escape certificate desirable
  • Risk assessment in training is desirable.

Asbestos Surveyor Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Air Sampling
  • Fibre counting
  • Building inspections-Management and demolition/refurbishment surveys
  • Sampling in accordance with HSG 264 and Quality Manual
  • Record data accurately within data capture software.
  • Record accurate sample information on sample bags and labels.
  • Carry out technical quality assurance checks prior to the report being issued to the client
