An excellent opportunity to join a leading law firm in the Billing and Finance team as an E-Billing Coordinator. You will have experience working at a law firm as an e-biller. This is a permanent role which can be fully remote.
Responsibilities
- Build effective client and internal stakeholder relationships
- Develop best practice audit and security policies and processes
- Generating electronic invoices and submitting to clients
- Resolve invoice rejections
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Setting up new clients on the e-billing platform
Candidate Requirements
- Candidates must demonstrate e-billing experience
- Good understanding of the WIP and billing process
- Candidates will ideally have experience at a law firm
The role is fully remote and salary is up to £33,000.
