Job Title: Early Years Practitioner

Location: Manchester

Pay Rate: £95 per day

We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner for a role that requires a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education. This opportunity offers the chance to work with children aged 0-5 years, supporting their development in a nurturing and creative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver a range of age-appropriate activities that support children's physical, social, and emotional development
  • Ensure children's safety and well-being at all times, following safeguarding procedures
  • Provide support to children with additional needs, ensuring an inclusive environment
  • Build positive relationships with children and their families, keeping parents informed of their child's progress
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to maintain a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Early Years Education qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in an Early Years setting, ideally within a nursery or pre-school environment
  • A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting children's learning and development
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and safeguarding procedures
