Electrical Design Engineer - OUTSIDE IR35

Circa 40 per hour, 40 hours per week, 12-month contract and likely to extend
Long-term contract opportunity for an Electrical Design Engineer to support the water utilities sector in technical design, safety, and quality.
This role would be well suited to an electrical design engineer with experience in Low Voltage (LV) systems, wastewater treatment plants, and UMON4 metering, offering a variety of projects including storage solution design, control unit development, and flow rerouting.
Due to significant growth, the company is seeking additional Electrical Design Engineers to join the team. You will benefit from working closely with like-minded, highly experienced and skilled design team that handles projects from concept to commissioning. Your work will be diverse and challenging, ensuring no two days are alike.
This role involves collaborating with clients on diverse electrical design projects, ensuring quality and technical excellence. Responsibilities include producing calculations, creating industry-standard drawings, preparing investigations, reports, and specifications, and presenting findings. You will also collaborate with the broader engineering team and contribute to the development of junior engineers and graduates.

The Role:
* Electrical Design Engineer - Contracting and Permanent available

* AutoCAD to produce diagrams, layouts, detailed drawings
* Protection systems, Flow load, analysis and fault studies
Candidate Requirements:
* HNC or Engineering Degree
* AutoCAD and LV Design
* Water Industry experience preferred
