We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Engineering Manager. Reporting to the UK&I Engineering Manager, this pivotal role is responsible for electrical safety and integrity across all company sites.

The Electrical Engineering Manager role summary:

+ Create and uphold a robust electrical safety policy.
+ Develop and manage comprehensive electrical safety systems, covering Safety Rules, Maintenance, Hazardous + Equipment, Competence, and Change Management.
+ Delegate electrical safety responsibilities to key company roles as needed.
+ Ensure every role-holder has clear electrical safety duties outlined in their responsibilities.
+ The Electrical Manager will establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), reviewed and published annually, with performance tracked monthly.
+ Oversee the authorization of personnel (staff and contractors) for electrical work.
+ Establish performance indicators to drive continuous improvement in electrical safety.
+ Conduct regular audits of the electrical safety management systems.
+ Implement and drive progress on safety improvement action plans.

We Are Looking For:

+ Time served with an apprenticeship or work experience in electrical engineering
+ Qualified to HNC / HND Electrical Engineering
+ Good communication skills
+ Excellent attention to detail
+ An experienced manager/leader
+ Self-motivated, focused, flexible and numerate
+ Possess excellent organisational skills along with strong IT skills
+ Experience in all Electrical aspects
+ An agile problem solver capable of working on your own initiative
