Now Education are delighted to be working in partnership with Manchester College who require an Enrichment Coordinator to work at their Shena Simon Campus in central Manchester.

This is a full time role, working 7 hours a day, Monday - Friday

The Manchester College is based at many sites across the city, each with its own specialist cutting edge facilities within a friendly and supportive environment. The Shena Simon Campus is in the heart of Manchester close to Piccadilly.

The purpose of this role is to co-ordinate a range of high-quality enrichment activities which enhance and complement learners study programmes, and which promote learners personal and social development.

To do this successfully you`ll need:

  • Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics or equivalent.
  • Qualified to at least level 3 in a related area.
  • Experience of working with students aged 16-18 as well as some adult learners.
  • A 'can do' attitude along with the ability to develop positive working relationships with the young people you will be working with.

This role would be suitable for someone who is thinking about working in education in the future, either as a teacher or a more pastoral role outside of the classroom.

The successful candidate will join a team of Enrichment Coordinators who work across all of the other campus sites across the city. You will be supported and managed by the Enrichment Manager. There is potentially a permanent position for the right candidate.
