One of the regions leading Infrastructure Consultancies is looking to recruit an Intermediate Estimator to work on a large Utilities frameworks in Manchester.

 

THE COMPANY 

The client is one of the leading Consultancies in the region with a network of offices across the country. They work across all sectors both within Property and Infrastructure and are involved in some of the regions largest developments. They have an outstanding reputation and strong track record of developing their employees to Senior level positions. 

 

THE POSITION

The positon is for an Estimator at intermediate level to get involved in a large utilities project. The successful Estimator will be given the opportunity to build strong client relationships and manage the project through to completion. At Intermediate Estimator level the successful candidate will also be given the opportunity to get involved in business and client development. 

 

THE CANDIDATE

The successful Intermediate Estimator must: 

  • Have a relevant degree. 

  • Have 3+ years experience working as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor. 

  • Have experience working on projects within Infrastructure and have a working knowledge of the NEC form of contract. Utilities and a water background will be considered first.

  • Have good communication and client facing skills
