Role OverviewAs an Exam Invigilator, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of the examination process. You will be responsible for supervising exams, ensuring all guidelines and procedures are followed, and supporting students in a calm and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Setting up examination venues in line with regulations.
- Distributing and collecting examination materials.
- Monitoring students during exams to prevent any malpractice.
- Providing assistance to students with queries, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Adhering to safeguarding and confidentiality protocols.
- Previous experience as an Exam Invigilator is essential.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to remain vigilant for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work on a casual basis during exam periods.
- Enhanced DBS check or willingness to apply for one.
