Our Manchester based client is looking for an Expenses Clerk to join their team in on permanent basis. In this role you will work with the wider expenses team to meet weekly and monthly payroll/billing deadlines and provide an outstanding payroll service to the wider business, customers, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve all expenses discrepancies/queries investigating where required.
- Calculate and process expense payments.
- Process advance payments and adjustments.
- Compliance of GDPR legislation.
- Point of contact monitored through RT queues relating to Expenses, for all contract and client queries.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement, through cross training and the document management system.

- Knowledge on Expenses, Tax and National Insurance
- Qualifications A level or above
