You will oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, consolidations, and advisory services, ensuring compliance with reporting standards. The role involves managing client relationships, supporting junior team members, and advising on transition management, acquisitions, and restructures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of complex clients, overseeing financial reporting and advisory work.
- Reviewfinancial statements, consolidations, and cashflowsunderUK GAAP and IFRS.
- Leadclient interactions,ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Supportjunior staff developmentthrough training and feedback.
- Contribute tobusiness development,identifying new opportunities.
- ACA/ACCA(or equivalent) qualification.
- Strong technical knowledge ofUK GAAP, IFRS, and FRS 102.
- Experience in financial statement preparation, consolidations, and advisory work.
- Ability to manage client relationships and confidently resolve technical queries.
- Experience in specialist GAAPs such as charities, academies, and registered social landlords
