My client is an independently owned company based in Manchester that deliversfire stopping& fire door works,to a range of different projectsacross the UK across a well established client base.
They have been established for over 12years, have a long term order bookand have hadsome fantastic growth over the past year. Due to this growth, they're looking to appoint a contractmanager to oversee the delivery offire doorsworks. You will be responsible for managing the operational and compliance delivery of these works.
You will be managing installation and remedial works across the North West down to the Midlands. You will be confident in the following aspects:-
- Managing multiple contracts for installations / remedials.
- Planning / programming works.
- Managing budgets.
- Overseeing compliance of works to British standards
- Primary point of contact with the client.

The successful candidate will:-
- Have technical expertise in fire doors and / or fire stopping
- Knowledge of FIRAS / BMTrada standards
- Have a strong H&S understanding
- Be driven by customer focus
