My client is a top tier, national Personal Injury law firm seeking a First Response Team Leader to join their Manchester office. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of building and developing a brand new team. As a First Response Team Leader, you will be responsible for the training and supervision of a small team of first response call handlers, who will be taking inbound calls from new and existing clients regarding Clinical Negligence enquiries. The team will initially contain four call handlers with a view to expanding to around 10 over the coming months. The ideal candidate will have previous call handling experience and a strong knowledge/understanding of Clinical Negligence. Whilst some team leader or supervisory experience would be ideal, the firm will also consider candidates without this as full training will be provided. In addition to a competitive salary, the firm offers a range of employee benefits to include:
