The Role

As a Fit-Out Estimator, you'll play a key role in assessing project needs, estimating costs, and preparing competitive bids for various interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate estimates for project costs based on design specifications and client requirements
  • Collaborate with project managers and design teams to clarify project objectives and scope
  • Analyse blueprints and drawings to determine materials, labour, and time requirements
  • Prepare competitive bids that align with company standards and client budgets
  • Track project progress and make adjustments to estimates as necessary
  • Ensure bids reflect current industry pricing, materials costs, and labour rates
  • Provide expertise and advice on budgeting to clients and internal teams
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure cost-effective materials
