FULL TIME - Admin Assistant
3 Weekdays (Any) 2 Weekend days

12.21 per hour (23,809 per annum)
Main Duties:
Customer payment process which involves the following:
- Checking finance settlement agreements and clearance letters
- Allocating the correct finance company for payment
- Reviewing VAT documentation
- Reviewing and ensuring all the correct documentation is present within the deal
- Dealing with vehicle purchaser queries
- Support the wider finance team with any ad hoc duties
