About the Role:

Our client, a leading distributor, is seeking a Graduate Bid Coordinator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with a degree in English Literature or a related field, who has a talent for persuasive writing and a keen interest in bid coordination.

As a Graduate Bid Coordinator, you will receive full training and support to develop the skills needed to excel in this role. You will play a critical role in supporting the bid management process, helping to craft winning proposals that drive business success.

With full training and support in this new position, this is a list of responsibilities you will develop:

  • Identifying contract opportunities using online journals.
  • Reviewing PQQ & ITT information to identify opportunities, issues, and risks, assessing feasibility, and preparing a bid/no bid recommendation.
  • Using the tender library, drafting clear, concise, and evidenced tender responses that meet tender specifications and requirements.
  • Drafting all clarifications and managing customer responses.
  • Preparing RFQ letters and correspondence to suppliers to obtain the information required for the bidding process.
  • Submitting bids to customers in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining and updating the tender library

About You:

  • A graduate with a degree in English Literature or a related discipline.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong ability to produce persuasive and engaging content.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
