The Guest Experience Host functions as the front line, assisting in all aspects of service delivery, supporting the Senior Management team.

- Proactive, flexible attitude to the changes to the company, IT systems and the role
- Meet and greet visitors to the site in a professional, courteous and efficient manner
- Assisting with room bookings and events
- Liaise with site management team and contractors in respect to PPM works, ensuring that all all issues are dealt with promptly
- Fulfil the compliance and policy requirements in accordance with company policies and procedures and the relevant legislative framework
- A good awareness of health and safety legislation
Level of Experience / Certifications:
- 2 years’ experience of working in a similar role
- Knowledge of Microsoft office and Outlook
