- Management of the key compliance areas including M&E
- Overseeing of the Building Safety team
- Line management of managers across Building Safety and Compliance
- Fire safety management and fire risk assessments
- Asbestos and legionella
- Policies and procedures
- CDM
- Audits
- Risk registers
- Certifications
- Landlord compliance
Profile
- Relevant safety and compliance experience within the housing sector
- Relevant safety or compliance qualifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, P405 Asbestos, P901 Legionella
- Thorough understanding of Fire Safety and Building Safety
- Currently or previously operating in residential safety
- Thorough understanding of the social housing sector compliance regulations
- Strategic thinking
- Driving licence & vehicle
