Head of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality £40,000 - £50,000 + Training + Progression + Medical + Company Benefits Manchester Are you a QSHE manager or similar, happy to cover multiple sites, looking to join a rapidly expanding business, offering an autonomous position with freedom to implement your own vision across the company, with opportunity to grow your team and be instrumental in implementing process improvements across the business?This dynamic Live Events Business are in a sustained period of expansion. They provide and operate Audio, Visual and Lighting equipment for their growing client base; also offering private hire for customer events. Looking for an established QSHE Manager, to cover various client locations, carrying out all assessments and providing reports that can be shared within the company to relevant teams. This is a new position within the business, There is full scope for the department to be shaped in your own vision, as you constantly look to improve existing operational standards within the business, relevant to your role. You will work towards the ISO standards for Quality, Environment and Health & Safety. Also developing new initiatives for the employees to follow, to help promote the core values of the business. This role will be suited to a QSHE Manager or similar, happy to cover multiple sites and work autonomously in a role that provides the freedom to shaped the new department entirely in your own vision with the future opportunity develop your own team of advisors based on your own success. The Role: * Travel to client Sites to carry out all QSHE assessments * Drive the development of existing standards * Implement new initiatives * Mon - Fri 08;30 - 17:00 * Potential for weekends depending on Events (time back in lieu) The Person: * QSHE manager* NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA certified * Knowledge of ISO standards for Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety * Happy to cover multiple sites * Commutable to Manchester
