I have an exciting role to work with a specialist contractor based in Manchester.As the Head of HR, you will be a strong leader with fully rounded knowledge and experience of HR.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes 
  • HR Operations 
  • Payroll - Liaise with the Operations Manager to deliver an accurate and on time payroll 
  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Develop and implement bonus strategy 
  • Implement HR projects and key strategies
As an experienced HR Professional, you will have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, whilst adapting to change and you will have experience of managing the whole life cycle - recruitment, performance management, employee relations, benefits and rewards and talent management. Desirable:
  • Construction, civil or engineering background
  • Experience in implementing and managing a new people strategy 
  • CIPD Level 7
